It’s hard to make time for ourselves. I get it; we’re exhausted. We’re stretched too thin. We have a To Do list that never ends and kids that never sleep. As a mom of three under six, I have to be thoughtful and purposeful about making choices that will bring balance and wellness to my life.
I’ve spent the last 17 years coaching women to realize their power, clarity and energy.
My strength and conditioning programs are efficient and effective. We lift weights, move well and often, and make time for rest. My fitness philosophy is simple: find things that keep you moving, thinking, laughing and connected—and keep doing them.
As a certified nutrition coach, I create realistic eating strategies for longevity and energy. Nobody has time for workouts that drag out the clock or diets (shudder) that leave us yearning for more.
